SCHEDULE A <br /> <br />~]e AuthorizaZion Notice shall allow one (1) mobile home containing <br />three (3) or fewer bedrooms to use the existing sewage disposal system <br />located at 20852 Filbert Street, in Aurora, Oregon. <br /> <br />There shall be no garbage disposal within the mobile home. <br /> <br />The occupants of the mobile home shall utilize all practical water <br />conservation methods to prevent hydraulic overloading of the sewage <br />disposal system° <br /> <br />The septic tank shall be inspected by a licensed sewage disposal <br />service every two years to determine the need for pumping. The septic <br />tank shall be pt~ped by a licensed sewage disposal service before the <br />clear space occupies less than 50% of the working tank volume. The <br />clear space is located between the scum layer (floating on the tank <br />liquid) and the sludge (on the tank bottom). <br /> <br />If the existing sewage disposal system begins to fail, an application <br />for a repair permit shall be submitted to the Marion County Department <br />of Building Inspection. The permit authorizing repair of the system <br />shall be issued prior to commencing any repair activity. <br /> <br />Unless the Marion County Department of Building Inspection determines <br />otherwise, failure of the existing soil absorption facility shall <br />require installation of a replacement soil absorption facility <br />u~illzing seepage trenches. The trenches shall be constructed to a <br />depth not to exceed forth two (42) inches, and contain a total gravel <br />depth of thirty (30) inches (24 inches of gravel below the perforated <br />distribution pipe). An "equal loop" disposal trench configuration <br />shall be used with the absorption facility, containing approximately <br />ninety (90) linear feet of perforated distribution pipe, as illustrated <br />in the enclosed Schedule B. The replccement system shall be located at <br />least: ten (10) feet from the water meter, water line, north and south <br />property lines; four (4) feet from the west property line bordering <br />Filbert Street; four (4) feet from the mobile home. The water meter <br />and water pipe serving the mobile home must be relocated along the <br />north property line during the disposal facility replacement. <br /> <br />SD\OSS\WC4958 <br /> <br /> <br />
