Although it is not possible to accurately predict how long the system wil~ <br />last, with reasonable maintenance and implementation of reasonable water <br />conservation practices the system should c~ntinue to function properly. <br />However, if the system should fail it is possible to effect repairs by <br />adding additional disposal trenches in the limited area between the home and <br />Filbert Street. Therefore, variance from the above-cite rules is granted on <br />the condition that the requirements contained in the enclosed schedules are <br />met. <br /> <br />Pursuant =o OAR 340-71-440, my decision to approve your variance request <br />with such conditions may be appealed to the Environmental Quality <br />Commission.
