This approval is valid only when the final partitioning map is recorded by ~2~,~ ~q, %~ After recording the final partitioning map, the applicant shall provide proof of the recording to the Planning Division. This can be either a copy of the recording fee receipt or a copy of the map showing the County Clerk's stamp. The effective period of an approved application may be extended for an additional year sub~ect ~o approval of an extension (Extension form available from the Flanning Division). This decision does not include approval of e building permit. CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildin~ permit can be obtained or the approved ~ae established: The applicant shall submit a final partitioning map to the Planning Division. Following map approval by the Planning D/rector, the applicant shall record it with the Marion County Clerk (final map instructions and example enclosed). Prior to submitting the final partitioning map to the Planning Director, the applicant shall obtain an approved septic site evaluation/from the Marion County Building Inspection D~vlslon on all undeveloped parcels. The applicant shall dedicate to Mar/on County an additional five feet of right-of-way along Stetnkamp Road to increase the right-of-way from centerltne to the 30 foot Go~nty standard. The dedication shall he by Warranty Deed (Warranty Deed enclosed). The applicant shall submit either evidence that the access easement has been improved to the standards in Section VII(6) of the Marion Gounty Subdivision and Partitioning Ordinance or submit a Roadway Improvement Agreement (OrdinanCe reference and agreement enclosed). The roadway must be named and all parcels in the sub3ect application using the roadway for access must be addressed using the new roadway name.
