(Section 33; TBS; R1W). Tax lot 56§0?-000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is.h,er.eb¥ given.,that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County h~",,APPROVED the abov~ described Partitioning <br />application subJeet;tO"-Ce~'in c6n~iff~s. <br /> <br />This approval is valid only when the final partitioning map is <br />recorded by ~2~,~ ~q, %~ After recording the final <br />partitioning map, the applicant shall provide proof of the <br />recording to the Planning Division. This can be either a copy of <br />the recording fee receipt or a copy of the map showing the County <br />Clerk's stamp. The effective period of an approved application <br />may be extended for an additional year sub~ect ~o approval of an <br />extension (Extension form available from the Flanning Division). <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of e building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildin~ <br />permit can be obtained or the approved ~ae established: <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final partitioning map to the <br />Planning Division. Following map approval by the Planning <br />D/rector, the applicant shall record it with the Marion County <br />Clerk (final map instructions and example enclosed). <br /> <br />Prior to submitting the final partitioning map to the Planning <br />Director, the applicant shall obtain an approved septic site <br />evaluation/from the Marion County Building Inspection D~vlslon <br />on all undeveloped parcels. <br /> <br />The applicant shall dedicate to Mar/on County an additional <br />five feet of right-of-way along Stetnkamp Road to increase the <br />right-of-way from centerltne to the 30 foot Go~nty standard. <br />The dedication shall he by Warranty Deed (Warranty Deed <br />enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit either evidence that the access <br />easement has been improved to the standards in Section VII(6) <br />of the Marion Gounty Subdivision and Partitioning Ordinance <br />or submit a Roadway Improvement Agreement (OrdinanCe reference <br />and agreement enclosed). The roadway must be named and all <br />parcels in the sub3ect application using the roadway for <br />access must be addressed using the new roadway name. <br /> <br /> <br />
