This review is not intended to prohibit the building
inspector from requesting an evaluation of the acceptability of existing
structural members that may appear to be unsafe. Existing Construction
not specifically detailed in the submitted plans and structural
calculations is beyond the scope of this review.

The plans submitted do nat clearly show all the required framing details
(deck framing or f~a~ing for enclosed walkway between structures). It
is the designer's responsibility to size all structural members and
fasteners for the appropriate loads and then show them on the plans.
(a-ll0)

There were several discrepancies between the plans and engineering for
the basement walls, footings, headers and beams/glulamws. The
engineering requirements and notes by plans examiner take precedence
over plans.

The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in.
within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot lines where the
fall will be a minimum of 6 in. regardless of the horizontal distance
available. Porches, carport slabs, garage floor slabs and steps exposed
to the weather shall have a minimum specified compressive strength of
3500 psi. Table NO.
