protection and other rural services are available; (e) it will
not have a significant adverse impact on timber production,
grazing land, watersheds, fish and wildlife habitat, soil and
slope stability, air and water quality, and outdoor recreation
activities; and, (f) it shall be situated upon land that is
generally unsuitable for farm or forest use. A Physician's
Certificate must also be provided demonstrating that those
residing in the extra mobile home are physically incapable of
maintaining a separate residence without assistance that is
nearby.

Since the mobile home will be temporary the proposed use is
not expected to alter the existing land use pattern or
interfere with adjacent farm uses. Adequate fire protection
and other rural services are available at the site. Resources
identified in 8(e) are not located on the site or adjacent
property and will, therefore, be unaffected.

10.

The submitted site plan indicates the temporary dwelling will
be located north of the existing dwelling. This proposed
location is generally acceptable. To avoid interference with
farming operations, the hardship dwelling should be located
as close as possible to the existing dwelling. A site plan
is appropriate to ensure complaince.

11.

Based On the available evidence, Mr. and Mrs. Peter's physical
circumstances constitute a hardship condition relating to the
aged, the infirm, or persons otherwise incapable of main-
raining a complete, separate and detached residence apart from
their family. The evidence also indicates the proposed mobile
home would be relatively temporary in nature. The require-
ments that a Mobile Home Removal Agreement be filed by the
applicant ensures that the mobile home will be removed from
the property when the hardship ceases.

12.

parcels. This serves to notify the applicant
and occupants that there are farm or timber operations nearby
and that a compatible relationship is necessary to promote the
continuation of the commercial farm or timber operations in
the area. To further minimize potential conflicts, a 100 foot
dwelling setback is typically required adjacent to farm
required from the west

Date

Date

STAFF:sw
