One copy shall be returned to <br />the applicant and the other retained by the City. <br /> <br />The following documents are attached: <br /> <br />~. Criteria for granting the conditional use permit on the <br /> proposed mobile home park known as ~Evergreen Estates". <br /> <br />2. #Find~ of Facts" for Evergreen Estates., with amendment. <br /> <br />3. Conditions placed on the preliminary plan for the proposed <br /> mobile home park. The conditions that needed to be fulfilled were: <br /> <br />%20. Proposed deed restricitons or covenants. <br /> <br />A copy of the proposed rules and regulations for the tenants <br />of Evergreen Estates are attached. <br /> <br />#25 c.
