6.12 ~INIMUM SITE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />The road system of the park shall be paved and <br />connected to an existing public street according to <br />plans approved. <br /> <br />The improvements of driveways, walkway~, streets, <br />drainage and other utilities shall conform to adopted <br />State standards ~r to adopted City standards, whichever <br />is mo=e restrictive. <br /> <br />(c) The minimum surfaced width of the roads within the park <br /> shall be: <br /> <br /> (1) Twenty-four (24) feet where no parking <br />is allowed; <br /> <br /> (2) Thirty (30) feet if parking is allowed <br />on one side only; and <br /> <br /> (3) Thirty-six (36) feet if parking is <br />allowed on both sides. <br /> <br />(D) <br /> <br />A minimum of two hundred (200) square feet per mobile <br />home space of outdoor recreation area shall be provided <br />which may be in one or more locations in the park. <br /> <br />Page 5.
