A minimum of one hundred (1MM) square feet per mobile <br />home space for recreational vehicles or other equipment <br />storage used by park residents shall be provided. Such <br />areas are to be surfaced and drained, fenced and <br />lighted and maintained in a neat and orderly manner. <br /> <br />(F) <br /> <br />Each designated lot, recreation building, managers <br />office Or other public or private structures shall be <br />serviced by underground services of wa~er, sewer and <br />power. <br /> <br />(G) <br /> <br />A minimum of four (4) foot wide walkways shall connect <br />each mobile home space with public streets, common <br />areas, and recreation areas. <br /> <br />(H) <br /> <br />All streets and walkways within the park shall be <br />lighted at night to provide a minimum of 0.35 foot <br />candles of illumination. <br /> <br />(I) Mobile home pads and placement shall be in accordance <br /> with State Building Codes requirements. <br /> <br />Page 6.
