At each entrance to a mobile home park a permanent <br />non-illuminated sign not to exceed thirty-two (32) feet <br />shall be allowed. Such sign shall display the name of <br />the park and shall show by map the layout of the sites <br />and addresses or space number of each mobile home. <br /> <br />(K) <br /> <br />Mobile home spaces shall be indicated on <br />development plan and each space shall not exceed <br />density and m~vermge limitations of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />the design of a mobile home park it <br />demonstrated that planned spaces can <br />accommodate a variety of mobile home <br />accessory structures and required setbacks. <br /> <br /> the <br /> the <br /> <br /> shall be <br /> <br /> reasonably <br />types with <br /> <br />(L) <br /> <br />Ail common areas within a mobile home park, exclusive <br />of required buffer areas, buildings and roadways, shall <br />be landscaped and maintained.
