for each three hundred (30M) square feet of floor area <br />which may be combined with required guest parking if <br />located within three hundred (300) feet of such <br />buildings. <br /> <br />6.13 STANDARDS OF MOBILE MOMES: A mobile home and related <br />structures in a mobile home park, in addition to conforming to <br />state installation standards, shall conform in the following: <br /> <br />The mobile home shall bear the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development insignia indicating compliance <br />with mobile home construction standards in effect at <br />the time of manufacture and with a date not previous to <br />June 15, 1976. <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />Notwithstanding deterioration which may have occurred <br />due tO misuse, neglect, accident Or other cause, the <br />mobile home shall meet the Depar%ment of Housing and <br />Urban Development standards for mobile home <br />construction evidenced by the insignia. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Each mobile home shall contain not less than five <br />hundred (500) square feet of space as determined by <br />measurement of the exterior of the unit exclusive of <br />any trailer hitch device. <br /> <br />Page 8.
