The proposed use is located within the city limits of <br />the City of Aumsville. <br /> <br /> 6. The site plan submitted by the applicant meets the <br />criteria set forth in the Aumsville Development Ordinance Section <br />6.11 A-I; Section 6.12 A-M; and Section 6.13 A-D. <br /> <br /> 7. There are adequate u~ility services available through <br />~he City of Aumsville ~O provide needed utilities to the site. <br /> <br /> 8. The proposed use does not have an adverse affect on the <br />normal, natural flow of traffic throughout the City of Aumsville <br />and in particular on llth Street. <br /> <br /> 9. The proposed use will be a private use and the developer <br />bas accepted all responsibility for maintenance of streets, water <br />lines, utility transmission lines and the like that are contained <br />within the 9.3 acres of the mobile home park. <br /> <br />Page 9.
