(A) That a natural shield, i.e. arborvitae or other <br />vegetation, be made between the City park and the proposed mobile <br />home park so as to keep the appearance of the park attractive and <br />maintain the rural characteristics of the park. <br /> <br /> (B) In addition to the natural screening set forth in (A) <br />above, the mobile home park be completely surrounded, except on <br />the portion facing llth Street, with a six foot cedar fence or <br />other appropriate screening that is compatible with the wishes <br />and intent of neighboring property owners. The applicant shall <br />work out an agreement as tO the type of boundary along the <br />perimeter of the property that will be attractive as well as <br />reasonable taking into account the wishes and considerations of <br />the abutting property owners. <br /> <br /> (C) The applicant will furnish the City Planning Commission <br />with a schedule of construction and development. Said schedule <br />of construction and development shall set forth exactly the <br />proposed times in which the park will be brought into full use. <br />Further, the applican~ shall provide the <br /> <br /> Planning Commission with <br />a signed letter of intent from the financial institution that the <br />applicant is working with stating that they will in effect back <br />the developers according to the schedule of construction and <br />development set forth herein. <br /> <br />Page 12.
