Plan~ have been reviewed for compliance with the provisions of the <br />Oregon State Structural Specialty Code (UBC) 1990 Edition, <br /> <br />See plan review letter from Marion County Health Department dated <br />September 25, 1991. <br /> <br />Approved numbers or addresses shall be provided for all new buildinge in <br />such a position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street or <br />road fronting the property. (513) (UTC 10.208) <br /> <br />Exterior walls located less than 40 feet from the property line are <br />required to be of one-hour fire resistive construction. (2-hr lees than <br />10 ft.) ~×tetior openings require fire protection if less than 10 feet <br />from the property line. (Table S-A.) Windows required to have a <br />three-fourths-hour fire-resistive ratios may have an area not greater <br />than 84 square feet with neither width nor height exceeding 12 feet. <br />Glazing shall be glass not less than 1/4 inch thick and shall be <br />reinforced with wire mesh No. 24 gauge or heavier embedded in the glass <br />with openings not larger than 1 inch square. (4306(g)) Note and show <br />distance Of building from property line on east side. <br /> <br />Plans should indicate the floor or landing on each side of doors is not <br />more than 1/2 inch lower than the threshold of the doorway in buildings <br />required to be accessible. See. 3304(i) <br /> <br />Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or <br />any special knowledge or effort.- Manually operated edge or surface <br />bolts are prohibited.
