Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DI~/ELOP.M ENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />NOTICE OF APPROV&L: <br /> <br />EVALUATION REPORT FOR AN <br />ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM <br /> <br />May 7, 1992 <br /> <br />KEN FOOTE <br />1922 BEAVER LOOP NW. <br />SALEM, OREGON 97304 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: SITE #92-1337, T:10S, R=SE, S:02 <br />SITE ADDRESS: 290 SANTIAM AVENUE, DETROIT, OREGON <br /> <br />97342 <br /> <br /> Our office has completed the evaluation of your property for a septic <br />system repair in the area you proposed for an on-site sewage system. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, this area does not appear suitable <br />for a standard on-site sewage system. However, the site appears suitable for <br />the installation of an alternative seepage trench system as described in the <br />attached construction detail and setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a permit, soils in the approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This repo~t is not a permit to install the sewaqe system. A permit mus~ <br />be obtained before any sys%~m construction occprs. A permit may be issued only <br />after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted <br />with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rules.
