Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal f.eet per 1~0
~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 225 lineal
feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop-
ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and
on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125
feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface.
The disposal field piping is minimum two (2) inch pressure piping,
with a minimum 160 psi rating. The sidewalls of the disposal
trenches and top of the filter material shall be lined with filter
fabric.

The disposal field shall be constructed with pressurized equal
distribution with a minimum trench depth of 18 inches and a
maximum trench depth of 18 inches. There must be at least 6 inches
of backfill ewer the top of the gravel, measured from the natural
ground surface,

An effluent lift pump or siphon which is sized to provide a
minimum residual head of five (5) feet at the most distant orifice
is required

This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system
must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho-
rized by this office. The alternative sand
filter system must be constructed within the immediate area of the other
two new test pits. Observe all normal setback/separation distances.
Refer to the enclosed setback list which outlines minimum setbacks
between septic systems and other features. A pre-constructioa field
stakeout is recommended prior to any construction and excavation. I
eugqest that the well construction be deferred until the location of th~
individual drainfield lines have been confirmed and approved by our
department.

THIS Is NOT A PERMIT TO INST.?3.
