The subdivision is approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Lots 1,2,3,4,~,6,7,8,9,11,12,13,14 and ~ <br /> approved for ~nstallation of a standardThs~te <br /> septic system as the initial system. The future <br /> replacement system will be a sand filter alterna- <br /> tive system. <br />2. LOt 10 will require a sand filter alternative <br /> system as both the initial system and the replace- <br /> ment system due to the limited area available on <br /> the property. <br />3. Prior to the development of any of the lots, a <br /> detailed plot plan must be submitted to this <br /> office showing the placement of the house, drive- <br /> way and any accessory buildings proposed for the <br /> property. The plot plan must also include a de- <br /> tailed layout of the septic system showing the <br /> septic tank and disposal field for the initial <br /> system and the sand filter unit and disposal field <br /> for the replacement system. <br />4. These lots are limited to development of houses <br /> with a maximum of four (4) bedrooms due to the <br /> limited area available on the lots. Sewage systems <br /> will be sized at 300 lineal feet of disposal field <br /> for the initial system and 125 lineal feet of <br /> disposal field for the sand filter replacement <br /> system. <br />5.
