Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY Dk"VI:LOPMI:N'I'
DEPARTMENT

NOTICE OF APPROVALs

EVALUATION REPORT FOR AN
ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL ~YSTEM

October 17, 1994

David Gillmor
23751 Schultz Rd. NE
Aurora, OR 97002

SUBJECT: SITE #94-03890, T=3S, R:lw, S:32
SITE ADDRESS: 1114~ oak Meadow Lane NE, Aurora

Our office has completed the evaluation for the proposed installation of
an on-site sewage system. The septic system is proposed to serve a 3 bedroom
single family residence on the property.

Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears
feasible for the property. However, site conditions will require the installa-
tion of a Tile Dewatering Alternative system for the original system and a
Tile Dewatering Alternative System for the future replacement system. These
are described in the attached construction detail and setback sheets.

This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be
further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on
adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the
issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or
modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would
impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption
systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval.

~his report is not a permit to install the sewaqe system. A permit musE
be obtained before any ~ystem uonstructi~n occurs. A p~rmit may be issued only
after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC
acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use
compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can
be issued.

A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted
with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be
issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed
septic installer.

This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is
installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office~ or
until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Co~mission
rules, subject to the above, this report runs with the land and will automati-
cally benefit subsequent owners.

Our office hours are ~onday through Friday, B=00 to 4=30. ~lease contact
our o~ic~e~uestions concerning this report.

Marion County Building Inspection
Robert Foster, Registered Sanitarian
