Tax <br />lot 74110-000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Partitioning <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This approva~is valid onl~,w~e~he final partitioning plat is <br />recorded by,~/~l/A~ ~ .~. After recording the final <br />partitionin~ ~lat, the~/a~pl~an~ shall provide proof of the <br />recording to the Planning Division. This can be either a copy of <br />the recording fee receipt or a copy of the plat showing the County <br />Clerk's stamp. The effective period of an approved application may <br />be extended for an additional year subject to approval of an <br />extension (Extension form available from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />WARNINg: A decision approving the proposed division or use is for <br />land use purposes only. Due to septic, well, and drain field <br />replacement areas, these parcels may not be able to support a <br />dwelling. To be sure the subject property can accommodate the <br />proposed use the application needs to check with the Building <br />Inspection ,Division, 588-5147, <br /> <br /> This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS:> The following conditions must be met before a buildinq <br />· De_r_m_~i~a~be obtained or the approved use established: <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final partitioning plat to the <br />County Surveyor's Office (Senator Building, 2nd Floor, 220 <br />High st. NE). Following plat approval, the applicant shall <br />record it with the Marion County Clerk (final plat instruc- <br />tions and example enclosed). <br /> <br />Prior to submitting the final partitioning plat, the applicant <br />shall obtain an approved septic site evaluation from the <br />Marion County Building Inspection Division on all undeveloped <br />parcels. <br /> <br />The applicant is advised that a Partition Plant Service <br />Report, from a title company, will be required upon submission <br />of the final mylar to the County Surveyor. <br /> <br /> <br />
