NOTICE OF DECISION PARTITIONING CASE NO. 94-66 APPLICATION: Application of Daniel and Joyce Hoynacki to divide a 4.69 acre parcel into two parcels containing 3.14 acres and 1.53 acres each in an AR (ACREAGE RESIDENTIAL) zone on property located at 7807 Barbara Lane SE, Aumsville. DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for Marion County has APPROVED the above described Partitioning application subject to certain conditions. After recording the final partitionin~ ~lat, the~/a~pl~an~ shall provide proof of the recording to the Planning Division. This can be either a copy of the recording fee receipt or a copy of the plat showing the County Clerk's stamp. The effective period of an approved application may be extended for an additional year subject to approval of an extension (Extension form available from the Planning Division). Prior to submitting the final partitioning plat, the applicant shall obtain an approved septic site evaluation from the Marion County Building Inspection Division on all undeveloped parcels. The applicant is advised that a Partition Plant Service Report, from a title company, will be required upon submission of the final mylar to the County Surveyor.
