PURPOSE. To provide for single family dwellings and their accessory <br />uses and to permit, with conditional use approval, certain other uses which are necessary or <br />compatible to single-family residential living. <br /> <br /> Section 12.020. PERMITTED USES. Within the RS zone, no building, slructure or <br />premise shall be used, arranged or designed to be used, erected, structurally altered, or enlarged <br />except for the following uses and acti:vities: <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />Single-family dwellings, including manufactured homes complying with the definitional <br />requirements in Chapter 2 of this :Ordinance. <br /> <br />(B) Public pa~ks, and playgrounds. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Public utility structures and buildings, such as pump stations, reservoirs, electric <br />substations, and necessary right-of-way for identified public utilities; but not including <br />office or administrative buildings. <br /> <br />(D) Temporary sales and develoPment.office fora subdivision or planned unit development. <br /> <br />(E) Day care facilities for less than thirteen (13) children_ <br /> <br />(F) <br /> <br />Partitioning or the subdividing Of property, subject to the provisions in Chapter 17 of this <br />title. <br /> <br />(G) <br /> <br />Accessory structures and uses, provided, the requirements in Chapter 10 of this title are <br />satisfied. Accessory uses and structures may include: <br /> <br />Customary residential accessory buildings for private use, such as a greenhouse, <br />hot house, hobby shop, summer house, patio, enclosed or covered patio, <br /> <br /> <br />
