In addition to the uses identified as Permitted <br />Uses in the RS zone, the following transitional uses shall be permitted where the side of a lot <br />abuts any commercial zone or industrial zone, or, a zone which permits multi-family residen6al <br />development; provided, that such transitional use does not extend across a street or alley, and, <br />in no case shall the transitional use be located more than 165 feet from the boundary of the less- <br />restrictive zone it adjoins. Permitted transitional uses shall include: <br /> <br />(A) Churches. <br /> <br />Community or neighborhood club buildings, including swimming pools and other similar <br />facilities, when erected by a non-profit community club for the social recreation of its <br />members or the general public. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Public and semi-public buildings, structures and uses, such as libraries and administrative <br />buildings, used for offices or administrative purposes. <br /> <br />(D) <br /> <br />(E) <br /> <br />Outdoor plant nursery, including wholesale and retail commercial activities. <br /> <br />Privately operated kindergarten, or, day care facilities containing thirteen (13) or more <br />children; provided, the residential character of the building is unchanged. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
