VI~ Order <br /> <br /> It is hereby found that the applicant has met the burden of <br />proving that the relevant standards and criteria for approval of <br />a partitioning and conditional use application to establish an <br />airport related use in the P zone have been satisfied. Therefore, <br />the applications for partitioning and conditional use are GRANTED <br />subject to the conditions setlforth below. These conditions are <br />necessary for the public health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />a. Partitioning Conditions: <br /> <br />This approval is valid only when the final parti- <br />tioning plat ih recorded within one year of the <br />effective date Df a final decision. After record- <br />ing the final ~artitioning plat, applicant shall <br />provide proof of the recording to the Planning <br />Division. Proof can be a copy of the recording <br />fee receipt or! a copy of the plat showing the <br />County Clerk's ~tamp. The effective period of an <br />approved application may be extended for an addi- <br />tional year subject to approval of an extension by <br />the Planning Director. <br /> <br />Applicant shalll submit a final partitioning plat <br />to the County ~urveyor's Office. Following plat <br />approval, applicant shall record the plat with the <br />Marion County C%erk. <br /> <br /> Prior to submitting the final partitioning plat, <br /> applicant shalll obtain an approved septic site <br /> evaluation fromithe Marion County Building Inspec- <br /> tion Division oh all undeveloped parcels. <br /> <br />A partition plant service report, from a title <br />company, will b~ required upon submission of the <br />final mylar to '~he County Surveyor. <br /> <br />Prior to filing the partitioning plat the appli- <br />cant shall submit for review and approval by the <br />Principal Planher a detailed site plan showing <br />compliance with the development standards of <br />Public zone, including landscaping and parking. <br /> <br />Prior to recording the final partitioning plat, <br />applicant must isubmit proof that all taxes have <br />been paid in accordance with ORS 92.095. <br /> <br />CU/P 95-68\AMENDED ORDER - 6 <br />BENNETT <br /> <br /> <br />
