Applicant shall file a statement of water rights, and shall be shown on the final plat. After the fina~ partitioning plat has been record- ed no alteratiQn of property lines shall be per~ mitred without first obtaining approval from the Planning Director. Conditional Use conditions: Prior to obtaining a building permit the applicant shall submit for review and approval by the Marion County Department of Public Works an access and site drainage plan. Applicant shall comply with Aurora Fire District access and building identification requirements. Applicant shall comply with all applicable MCZO development standards, including building parking, building setback, height and other limitations. 4.
