Reliant Criteria <br /> 'The standards and criteria relevant to this application are <br />found in the Marion County Comprehensive Plan (MCCP), the Marion <br />County Subdivision and Partitioning Ordinance (MCSPO), and the <br />Marion County Zoning Ordinance !{MCZO) (Rural), especially chapters <br />119, 171 and 177. <br /> <br />III. Public Nearing <br /> <br /> A public hearing was duly held on this application on October <br />18, 1995. At the hearing, the Planning Division file was made <br />part o~ the record. Planning !Division file CU/P 92-81 was also <br />made a part of the record. Thei following persons appeared at the <br />hearing and provided testimony!on the application: <br /> <br /> 1.
