SITE EVALUATION <br /> <br />Name: Church Of God of Prophecy <br />Address: 916 N Birch <br /> Stayton, OR 97383 <br /> <br />Location:10637 Stay,on Road SE <br /> Aumsville, OR 97325 <br /> <br />Evaluated by: Joe Petrovich <br /> <br />Site is flat alluvial bench above the flood plain. Proposed site <br />is located approximately 600 feet north of the terrace. <br /> <br />Proposal is for a septic system to serve a 200 Seat church. <br /> <br />Test Hole #1 is the easterly hole profiled as follows= <br /> <br />0-18 inches <br /> <br />very dark grey (7.5 YR <br />3/0) silt loam; ~any fine <br />roots; some pebbles in <br />lower portion <br /> <br />18-60 inches <br /> <br />Sandy gravel; sand greyish <br />in color; gravel is cobble <br />size; material rapid or <br />very rapid permeability. <br />Projected winter level o~ <br />permanent water to the <br />upper level of this layer. <br /> <br />60+ inches <br /> <br />Permanent water table <br />present. <br /> <br />Test Hole 92 is the westerly hole profiled as follows: <br /> <br />o-20 inches <br /> <br />Very dark grey (7.5 YR <br />3/0) silt loam~ many fine <br />roots. <br /> <br />20-35 inches <br /> <br />35-48 inches <br /> <br />Dark greyish brown (10YR <br />4/2) sandy clay l~am; few <br />roots. <br /> <br />Very gravelly sandy loam; <br />ne roots. Projected winter <br />level of permanent water <br />to the top of this layer. <br /> <br />48+ inches <br /> <br />Permanent water table <br /> <br /> <br />
