Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMM U IxlITY <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />NOTICE OF APPROVAL: <br /> <br />EVALUATION REPORT FOR AN <br />ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL 8YSTE~ <br /> <br />April 15, 1992 <br /> <br />DONALD BORNER <br />8582 HOLMQUIST ROAD SE. <br />AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: SITE ~13389~ TtSS, R:lwt s:31 <br />SITE ADDRESS: 8512 HOLMQUIST ROAD SE., AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325 <br /> <br /> Our office has completed the re-evaluation of your property for a three <br />bedroom building site in the area you proposed for an on-site sewage system. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-site e~wage disposal appears <br />feasible for the property. However, site conditions will require the installa- <br />tion of a pressurized distribution system ~or the original syste~ and a sand <br />fil=er system for the future replacement System. These axe described iD the <br />attached construction detail and setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot Or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the al~proved area shall not be Altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the ~uccessful operation of the initial or ~eplacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above item~ may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This report is not a permit to install the sewage system. A p~rmit must <br />De obtaiued before any system construction occurs, A permit may be issued euly <br />after the property hae been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A $=a~ement of Land Use <br />Compatibili'~y or its equivalent is ~e~uired before a construction permit can <br />be issued- <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (e~. 1" = 60'), must be submitted <br />w~th the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be <br />isoucd- The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic %n~taller~ <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site ~wage system is <br />installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or <br />untXl uarli~r cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rules, Subject to the above, this report runs with the land and w~ll automati- <br />cally menefit subsequent owners. <br /> <br /> Our' office hours are Monday through Friday, 8~00 to 4~30.
