The following construction Specifications shall apply to the £nsta]lation of your septic system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for thi~ project is calculated at 450 qal. lons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on thi~ sit~, the disposal field will be sized at 4~ lineal fe~t Der 150 qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 135 lineal feet of disposal field wi!! be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal t~enches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length~ The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (ml") and COntoured to follow the natural ground ~urface. The disposal field shall be constructed with e~ual distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inche~ of backfill over the ted of the gravel, measured from the natural ground 4- The sand filter system shall be designed and eperated as per OAR 340-71-290 through 340-71-30~, Detailed plans for the system must be submitted prior to permit issuance. A building permit is required if a site built concrete box is U~ed as the sand filter container- A ~a~phlet is available in our office which details the r~quirement~ for a sand filter system. This approval is site ~pecific to the ares tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pi~s unless otherwise au=horized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: construct the sand filter drainfields with in the immediate area of ~he soil test pits. THIS Is NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL T~ S~TiC SYSTEM.
