Box 656 <br />Canby, Oregon 97013 <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: SITE $92-3143, T:ds, R=lw, S:13 <br /> SITE ADDRESS: 14522 ottaway Rd, NE, Aurora <br /> <br /> Our office has completed the evaluation of the area on your property you <br />have proposed for installation of an On-site sewage system. The septic system <br />is proposed to serve a U.S. POSt O~i~e on the property. <br /> <br /> Sased on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears <br />feasible for the property. A~roval is for the installetion of a STANDARD <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, as described in the attached Oonstructton detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not b~ <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent pfopertles are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />iseuanse of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental aetivlties which would <br />impede the successful operation of the init$el Or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above iter~s may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This report is not a permit to ~nStall the sewaq~ ~y~i~* A permit must <br />be obtained b_~.0re any system cO~$~Dtion occurs. A permit may be issued only <br />after the p~operty has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use <br />COmpatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn tO scale (ex. ~" ~ 60'), must b~ submitted <br />with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to the cOnStruction permit obtained fro~ thi~ office, or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmentel Quality Commission <br />rules. Subject to the above, this repe=t ~uns with the lend and will automati- <br />cally benefit subsequent owners. <br /> <br /> Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4~30.
