FILE

october 1, 1992
SITE NUMB~R~

Daniel Hostetler
92-3143

xe~r site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOBAL
SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa-
tion of your septic system.

1. The septic tank shall have a m&nimum liquid capacity of 1000
9allens.

The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at
225 qallons D~ day. Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, the disposal field will be si~ed at 125 lingal feet ~.....150
qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 1~0 lineal
fee~ of disposal field will be required fer your proposed develop-
ment, The disposal trenches are ¢on~tructed two (2) feet wide and
on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding
f~t in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface.

3. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial dis~ibuti0n
with a minimum trench depth of 24 iDch~ and a maximum trench
depth of ~6 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill
over the top of the gravel~ measured from the natural ground
surface,

An effluent lift ~ump will be necessary tO construct the disposal field
in the a~roved area and at the correct depth.

This appro~;al is site s~ecifi¢ to the area tested and the ~eptic system
must be locat~ in the in~n~diate ar~a of the test pits unless otherwise autho-
rized by this office. A now site evaluation may be rec/uired if the system is
proposed fo= a different area on the property.

SP~OIAL
The above Byst~ design is based on a ~k%ximum occupancy of fifteen (15)
employees. The disposal field is to be located on the slope in the area
of the test pit nearest Highway 99E, The initial ~¥stem and future
replacement System must be shown on the site plan submxtted with p~rmit
application. The lowest portion of the system must be approximately
fifty (50) feet upslope from the bottom of the swale crossing the

IS N~F~ A PERMI~ TO INST3~L~_~a~ SEPtiC SYSTF~. ~O NOT ~,STALL THE~.,~,ySTEM
