The disposal trenches are construe%ed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceedin9 125 <br />feet in ~eng=h. The trenches a~d per~orated pipe are installed <br />level (~1") and contoured to follow %he natural ground surfae~. <br />The aispo~al field piping is minimum two (~} inch pressure piping, <br />with a minimum 160 psi =&ting. The sidewalls of the disposal <br />trenches and top of the filter material shall be lined with filter <br />fabric. <br /> <br />The disposal field sha~l be constructed with R~essurized equal <br />distributioB with a ~inimu~ trench depth of ~8 iht-has arid a <br />maximum trench depth of 15 ihphe~. There must be at least ~ inches <br />of backfill over the top of the gravel~ measured from the natural <br />ground surface, <br /> <br />An effluent lift pump or siphon which is ~ized to provide a <br />minimum residual head of five (5) feet at the most distant orifie~ <br />is required <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific tO the area t~sted and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new Site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on =he property. <br /> <br />SPECIA~ ¢~NDITION$= <br /> This system mus~ only be constructed On the highest ground within th~ <br /> immediate area of the southeasterly test pit. The alternative sand <br /> filter system must be constructed within the immediate area of the other <br /> two new test pits. Observe all normal setback/separation distance~. <br /> Refer tO the enclosed setback list which outline~ minimum setbacks <br /> between septic systems and ether features. A pre-construction field <br /> stakeout is race,ended prior to any construction and excavation.
