June 16~ 1992 APPLICANt: Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following ConstruCtion specifications ~hall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank ~hall have a minimum liquid capacity of 100o gallons. 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 ~ak~0ne Der. da~. Based on soil conditions Observed On this site, the disposal field will be sized ak .150 linea.~ ~eet ~.~ gallons Of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lin~a~i feet of disposal field will be ~eg~ired for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers an~ with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The t~enches and l~erforat~d pipe are installed level (~1') and con=outed to follow the natural ground surface. 3. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial d.%~tribution with a minimu~u trenoh depth of ~4 inches and a maximu~ ~rench depth Of ~Dches. There must ~e at least 12 l.~qhee of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured f~om the na=ural ground surface- An effluent lift pump may be necessary ~O construct the disposal field in the approved ~rea and at the correct depth. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system mu~t be 1ouat~d in the immediate area of the ~est pits unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be req~i~ed if the system is proposed fo~ a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITION$= ~onetruet the drainfietd~ within the immediate area of the ~oil test pits. Use care in planning development to ensure minimum separation distances as outlined by the enclosed setback list.
