WEITMAN
9324 GOLF CLUB ROAD SE
AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325

Subject: 9324 GOLF CLUB RD SE. AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325
site Number: 95-484

A~ ir%spection was made at the above address on 1/31/95 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system appeared
adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located on the
property. No evidence of failure was found and the
system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 2/5/93 by Valley
Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a
re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two
years from the date of this notice.

COM~ENTS:

We have no record of the existing system. The
drainfield is apparently within the vicinity
of the equipment shed. Soil conditions are
Marginal. Use care not to damage the drain,~
field. FutBre repairs might include an alter-
native sand filter system. We recommend that
the septic =ank be pumped on a four to five
interval.

This noticu does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

Marion County ~ildlng Inspection
LEE A_ GRIMES, SOIL SCIENTIST

Community Development Center · 285 Church Street N,E,, Room 132 Salem, Oregon 97~0~J~670
