AUMSVILLE, OR 97325
Site Number: 9300387

An inspection was made at the above address on 2/24/93 to
determine if the existing on-site seWage system appeared
adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located on the
property. No evidence of failure was found and the
system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner, The septic tank was pumped on 2/5/93 by Valley
Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a
re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two
years from the date of this notice.

CO~ENTS:

The existing septic system consists of a 1500
gallon concrete septic tank and an unknown
amount of drainfield. It appears that the
equipment shed and access drive might encum-
ber the drainfield location. If so, caution
should be exercised so not to damage the
drainfield.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing On-site sewage disposal system.

Marion count~ Building Inspectio~
LEE A.
