The manufactured dwelling is to be <br /> instal, led per the 1996 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling StandardS. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />~f correrti, ons are required. All blocking, ~nstallation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br /> Before inspection~ ar~ requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card Must be posted <br />~n an accessible ~oca~ion near tBe front of the buildino. No ins@ections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the ~ob si~e and available to the inspector. <br />Post the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work May proceed only at the direction of the inspector. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bat.placement, when required; checking <br /> distances to adjacent structures, proper~y lines, streets and sidewalks in <br /> a manufactured dwelling park; and setbacks from property lines for installations <br /> other than parks. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 6B7 - ~IOCKIN~ & ~ONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> Connections. electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> · electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it ~s an <br /> ~ntrirate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installin~ the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a Manufactured dwelling park; and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks.
