This review does not include <br /> any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br /> ~eparate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br /> carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br /> The approved s~te plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br /> location prior to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br /> instal, led per the 1996 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling StandardS. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />~f correrti, ons are required. All blocking, ~nstallation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br /> Before inspection~ ar~ requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card Must be posted <br />~n an accessible ~oca~ion near tBe front of the buildino. No ins@ections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the ~ob si~e and available to the inspector. <br />Post the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work May proceed only at the direction of the inspector. Call before installin~ the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a Manufactured dwelling park; and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks.
