A roadside ~arker shall be place~ at the access Point with address numbers in a cont?astin~ and highly visible color, not less than three (3) inches in height. 4. S~fe grading and d~ainage shall p?oviOe grades~which slope downward away from manuTactured dwelling stands, foundation footings, concrete siabs, patios, walls~ skirting, and foundations at a MINIMUM GRADE OF 1/2 IHCH PER FOOT FOR 6 FE~T horizontally.
