A roadside ~arker shall be place~ at the access Point with <br /> address numbers in a cont?astin~ and highly visible color, <br /> not less than three (3) inches in height. <br /> 4. S~fe grading and d~ainage shall p?oviOe grades~which slope <br /> downward away from manuTactured dwelling stands, foundation <br /> footings, concrete siabs, patios, walls~ skirting, and <br /> foundations at a MINIMUM GRADE OF 1/2 IHCH PER FOOT FOR 6 <br /> FE~T horizontally. The greatest riser height shall <br /> not exceed the smallest by more tha.n 3/B inch. ~R-213.1) <br /> 8. Handrails meeting the following regui?ements shall be <br /> provided on at least one side of s~airways. The handg?ip <br /> portion of handrails shall be not more than 2 5/B inches in <br /> cross-sectional dimension, or th~ shape shall provide an <br /> equivalent 9ripping surface.
