May 20, 1994 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />STANDAED SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />Daniel & Virginia Clare <br />94-01818 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 allons er da . Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 ligeal feet Der 150 <br />~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> A groundwater interceptor is required as part of this system. This <br />interceptor trench must be constructed a minimum twelve (12) inches wide by <br />forty-eight (48) inches deep with thirty-six (36) inches of clean gravel <br />placed over a four (4) inch smooth wall perforated pipe. The interceptor must <br />be located at least ten (10) feet upslope from the disposal field and must <br />discharge through a watertight, non-perforated pipe beside or below the <br />disposal field. A separation of 25 feet is required from the septic tank if <br />the tank is located upslope of the groundwater interceptor. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> A stakeout plan must be submitted with the future application for <br /> permit. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THE SYSTEM <br />UNTIL A VALID PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE. <br /> <br /> <br />
