Approved address numbers shall be painted or affixed to the <br />f~ont of the building in a contrasting and highly visible <br />color, not less than six (6) inches in height for <br />commercial use or four (4) inches in heiqht for residential <br />use. A roadside marker shall be placed at the access point with <br />address ~umbers in a contrasting and highly visible color, <br />not less than five (5) inches in height for commercial use, <br />or three (3) inches in height for residential use. <br />5. DWELLIN~ LABELS are required in lieu of plumbing, mechanical <br />an~ plectrical permit~. They mu~t be pbtained at this office <br />ann ~e signed by the homeowner qoing his o~n w~rk or by the <br />sub-contractor for the specific wor~ performed, the~ may not <br />be issued to a general contractor. The label should be <br />affixed to the furnace plenum or sill plate prior to. the <br />underfloor mechanical or plumbing inspection request, or <br />to the electrical panel box prior to the rough-in plumbing, <br />mechanical, or electrical inspection requests. <br />6. The INSPECTION RECORD GREEN CARD shall be posted i~ a <br />visible and readily accessible locatio~ throughout <br />construction. <br />APPROVED CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS AND <br />CONDITIONS shall be kept o~ the site of the building or work <br />at the time of inspection. <br />7.
