Th~s i~terceptor trench must be constructed a <br />mznimum twelve (12) inches wide by forty-eight (48) inches <br />deep with thirty-six (36) inches of clean gravel placed over <br />a four (4) inch smooth wall perforated pipe. The intercep- <br />tor must be located at least ten (la) feet upslope from the <br />disposal field and must discharge through a watertight non- <br />~erforated pipe beside or below the disposal field. A min- <br />zmum separa:ion of ten (la) feet ts required for the septic <br />tank if the tank is located u~slope of the groundwater in- <br />terceptor and five (5) feet if the tank is aowns~ope of the <br />groundwater interceptor. <br /> <br /> <br />
