NOTICE OF DECISION <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE NO. 98-19 <br /> <br />APPLICATION: Application of Robert and Elaine Majors for an <br />Administrative Review to replace a dwelling which has been removed <br />from the property on a .60 acre parcel in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM <br />USE) zone on property located at 9387 Snoddy Drive SE., Aumsville. <br />(Section 13; T9S; R2W). Tax lot 75720-070. <br /> <br />pECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has determined that the existing residence is a <br />legally established dwelling that can be replaced. <br /> <br />EXPIRATION: This decision is valid only when exercised by APRIL <br />21.200~(two years from the effective date of the decision) <br />unless an extension is granted. The effective period of this <br />application may be extended for one year subject to approval of an <br />extension. Request for an extension must be submitted to the <br />Planning bivision prior to expiration of the approval. (Extension <br />form available from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />CONDITIONS~ ~ <br /> <br />The applicants shall obtain all permits, including subsurface <br />sewage disposal, required by the Marion County Building <br />Inspection Division. <br /> <br />9ther Persu[ts Fees and Restrictions: <br /> <br />The applicants are advised that the use of the property proposed in <br />this application may require additional permits and/or fees from <br />other local, State or Federal agencies. The Marion County land use <br />review and approval process does not take the place of, or relieve <br />the applicants of responsibility for acquiring such other permits, <br />or satisfying any restrictions or conditions thereon. <br /> <br />~ROCEDURE; The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />Administrative Review applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applica- <br />tion conforms with adopted land use policies, and regulations the <br />Director must deny the application. Any interested person who dis- <br />agrees with the Director's decision may appeal the decision to the <br />Marion County Hearings Officer. <br /> <br /> <br />
