NOTICE OF DECISION ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE NO. 98-19 APPLICATION: Application of Robert and Elaine Majors for an Administrative Review to replace a dwelling which has been removed from the property on a .60 acre parcel in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone on property located at 9387 Snoddy Drive SE., Aumsville. (Section 13; T9S; R2W). Tax lot 75720-070. pECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for Marion County has determined that the existing residence is a legally established dwelling that can be replaced. EXPIRATION: This decision is valid only when exercised by APRIL 21.200~(two years from the effective date of the decision) unless an extension is granted. The effective period of this application may be extended for one year subject to approval of an extension. Request for an extension must be submitted to the Planning bivision prior to expiration of the approval. (Extension form available from the Planning Division). CONDITIONS~ ~ The applicants shall obtain all permits, including subsurface sewage disposal, required by the Marion County Building Inspection Division. 9ther Persu[ts Fees and Restrictions: The applicants are advised that the use of the property proposed in this application may require additional permits and/or fees from other local, State or Federal agencies. The Marion County land use review and approval process does not take the place of, or relieve the applicants of responsibility for acquiring such other permits, or satisfying any restrictions or conditions thereon. ~ROCEDURE; The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that Administrative Review applications be considered first by the County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applica- tion conforms with adopted land use policies, and regulations the Director must deny the application. Any interested person who dis- agrees with the Director's decision may appeal the decision to the Marion County Hearings Officer.
