Based on the results of this study, site evaluation <br />approval was granted, The approval is specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be <br />located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this office. A <br />new site evaluation may be required if the system Js proposed for a different area on the property, <br /> <br />This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in <br />any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be <br />altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other develoI~ental activities which would impede the <br />successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption systems, Failure to comply with <br />the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br />This site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and <br />non-refundable, <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office, <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br />TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: SEEPAGE TRENCH <br /> <br />MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIE[D: 150 <br /> TYPE DF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: G6INCHES, MINIMUM; 42INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DPJ~IN MEDIA DEPTH: 24INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 18INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br />The disposal trenches are constructed (2) feet wide and on mimimum ten (10) foot centers <br />and withno line exceeding 125 feet in length.
