Based on the results of this study, site evaluation approval was granted, The approval is specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system Js proposed for a different area on the property, This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other develoI~ental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption systems, Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval.
