A minimum separation of ten (10) <br />feet qs required from the septqc tank iT the tank is located <br />upslope of the curtain drain and five (5) feet if the tank <br />is located dowoslope of the curtian drain, <br />7. 08SERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by <br />the DEQ rules. The well placement is especially crqtical <br />and must be located at least one-hundred (100) feet from the <br />approved initial and replacement drainfield areas, A copy <br />of the DEQ setback requirements is available in our office. <br />8. THE A1-FACHED SEPTIC TANK ABANDONMENT FORM MUST BE COMPLETED <br />AND RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE. The septic system installer <br />must complete and sign the form and attach a copy of the <br />receipt from the septic tank pumper for pumping the tank. <br /> <br /> <br />
