NOTICE TO MORTGAGEE, LIENHOLDER, VENDOR, OR SELLER: ORS CHAPTER <br />215 REQUIRES THAT IF YOU RECEIVE THIS NOTICE, IT MUST PROMPTLY BE <br />FORWARDED TO THE PURCHASER. <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF DECISION /' <br /> LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE NO. 98-452' ~ <br />APPLICATION.· Application of Christopher and Colleen Henke~ and <br />Lloyd an-------~-~aren Henkel to adjus--~ the lot lines on a ~.'/~ acr' e <br />parcel and a 5.74 acre parcel to create a 3 acre parcel and an 8.5 <br />acre parcel on property in an AR-3(ACREAGE RESIDENTIAL-THREE ACRE <br />MINIMUM PARCEL) on property located at 5808 Huskey Lane SE and 8838 <br />Silver Falls Drive SE, Aumsville. (Section 13C; T8S; R2W). <br />Parcels 2800 and 2500. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Lot Line Adjustment <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Title transfer instruments accomplishing the property adjustments <br />shall be recorded by the applicants with the Marion County Clerk by <br /> DECEMBER 30, 2000. The effective period of an approved <br />application may be extended for an additional year subject to <br />approval of an extension (Extension form available from the <br />Planning Division). Addlt~onal extensions~may not be granted if the <br />regulations under which this decision was granted have changed <br />since the original approval. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildinq <br /> permit can be obtained or the approved use established: <br /> <br /> 1. The applicants shall have the resulting properties surveyed <br />/ and monumented. The survey, complying w~th ORS 209.250, shall <br /> <br /> be filed with the County Surveyor and shall contain the <br /> notation that the survey ~s the result of Lot Line Adjustment <br /> __ Case 98-45. <br /> <br />~'/~_2.'prior to filing the survey, the applicants shall obtain an <br /> ~ Existing System Evaluation on the resulting 3 0 acre parcel. <br /> <br /> 3. Prior to filing the survey, the applicants shall provide <br /> written evidence to the Planning Division that all taxes due <br /> / have been paid to the Marion County Tax Department. <br /> _.~ 4. ~ A property line adjustment deed, meeting requirements identi- <br /> TM fled ~n ORS 92.140(4) shall be recorded with the County Clerk. <br /> <br /> 5. No parcel shall contain less than 3.0 acres. <br /> <br /> ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Once the approved use is established the <br /> following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br /> 6.
