OTHER PERMITS, FEES, AND RESTRICTIONS: This approval does not <br />remove or affect any covenants or restrictions imposed on the <br />subject property by deed or other instrument. The proposed use may <br />requl~e permits and/or fees from other local, State or Federal <br />agencies. This decision does not take the place of, or relieve the <br />responsibility for obtaining other permits or satisfying any <br />restrictions or conditions thereon. It is recommended that the <br />agencies mentioned in Finding #5 below be contacted to identify <br />restrictions or necessary permits. Any utility work in the public right-of-way will require a <br /> utility permit from the appropriate agency <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: The Marion County Subdivision and Partitioning <br />Ordinanceprovides that certain Lot Line Adjustment applications be <br />consideredfirst by the County Planning Director. I~ there is any <br />doubt that the application conforms wi%h adopted ~and qse policies <br />and regulations the Director must condition or aeny the app±ica- <br />tion. Any interested person who disagrees with the Director's <br />decision may request that the application be considered by .the <br />Marion County Hearings Officer after a public hearing. The <br />applicant may also request a reconsideration (one time only and a <br />fee of $200) on the basis of new information subject to signin$ an <br />extension of the 150 day time limit for review of zoning applica- <br />tions. <br /> <br />A ublic hearing is held on appeals subject to the appellant paying <br />a ~250.00 fee. The primary <br />intent of both this designation and this zone is to allow <br />acreage homesites at a density that maintains the character <br />and environmental quality of the County's rural residential <br />areas. In addition, the properties are located in an SGO-A <br />(Sensitive Groundwater Overlay) zone. <br /> <br />The 5.76 acre parcel is located on the east side of Huskey <br />Lane, approximately 800 feet south of Silver Falls Drive. The <br />5.74 acre parcel is located on the south side of Silver Falls <br />Drive, and is 225 east of Huskey Lane. <br /> <br />3.
