FT. OF GLAZING REQUIRED, <br />LANDING / EXTERIOR DOOR, A minimum 3 foot x 3 foot landing <br />shall be required on each side of an egress door. The floor <br />or landing shall not be more than 1 and 1/2 inches lower <br />than the top of the threshold.
