Based on the results of this study, site approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property, This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided and that condqtions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit, Soils in the approved area shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems, Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. The site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and non- refundable. Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from this office. KEEP THE DRAINFIELD AS SHALLOW AS POSSIBLE DUE TO INDICATION OF SHALLOW GROUNDWATER IN THE WINTER. THE EXIST- ING SEPTIC TANK MUST BE ABANDONED AND THE A~ACHED ABANDON- MENT FORM SUBMII-FED. 3. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to reduesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site. 4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval.
