Enter the number "801" for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br />tion. You may leave a message for the inspector if desired, <br />Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is <br />on the job or in our office when the inspection is requested <br />An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days. <br />THE A~ACHED SEPTIC TANK ABANDONMENT FORM MUST BE COMPLETED <br />AND RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE. The septic system installer <br />must complete and sign the form and attac~ a copy of the <br />receipt from the septic tank pumper for pumping the tank, <br />EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe running from <br />the septic tank to the disposal field. The effluent sewer <br />shall extend at least five (5) feet from the tank. There <br />must be a minimum difference of eight (8) inches between the <br />invert (flow line) of the septic tank outlet and the invert <br />of the distribution or drop box outlet. In Equal Distribu- <br />tion, there must be s~x (6) inches of fall between the <br />septic tank outlet and the distributqon box inlet. In Serial <br />Distributqon, there must be two (2) inches of fall between <br />the septic tank outlet and the drop box inlet, <br /> <br /> <br />
