A <br />new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in <br />any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be <br />altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the <br />successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption systems. Failure bo comply with <br />the above items may void this approval, <br /> <br />This site evaluation approval runs with the land, but the permit is non-transferable and <br />non-refundable, <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br />TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br />MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF Dt~J~INFIELD: 150 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: EQUAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 18INCHES, MINIMUM; 24INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed (2) feet wide and on mimimum ten (10) foot centers <br /> and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. THE SYSTEM IS <br /> SIZED FOR A 150 GALLON PER DAY FLOW. <br /> NOTE: A SEPTIC PUMP MAY BE REQUIRED IF THE SHALLOW TRENCH <br /> DEPTH CANNOT BE MAINTAINED, <br />3, THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities.
