(UFC 1007.3.3.3.3 Audibility). Additional audible alamas, or audible and <br />visual alarms, may be needed inside the music room adjacent to the multi-purpose room <br />Sheet E3.20. An average sound level greater than 105 dBA requires the use ora visual <br />alarm. (NFPA 72, 6-3.1.2). <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Provide spacing of visual appliances within rooms using the appropriate spacing, candela <br />ratings and number of appliances in accordance with NFPA 72-1996, par. 6-4.4.1. Provide <br />minimum spacing or synchronization for more than two visual appliances within a room or <br />within any field of view. (Sheet E3.20, Multi-purpose room; Sheet 3.21, Gymnasium 2 - <br />appears to have "dead spots" at comers, rooms in general) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />)Provide additional visual alarm within 15 ~. of cross-corridor door separating Units F and G <br />at east corridor, on north side o£door. Locate visual appliance within 15 feet of end of <br />corridor. Where there is an interruption in the concentrated viewing path, such as a fire door, <br />etc., the area shall be considered as a separate corridor. (NFPA 72, 6-4.4.2.2). <br /> <br />8) Provide specifications, shop drawings, and power supply calculations for review. <br /> <br />9) Provide written documentation oftesting, in accordance with NFPA 72, Sec. 1-7, priorto <br /> calling for final inspection. <br /> <br />10) CONTACT DEPUTY JASON CANE, (503)-373-1540, EXT. 250, TO SCHEDULE A <br /> FINAL INSPECTION OF THE ABOVE ALARM SYSTEM. <br /> <br />11) This review is based on the information provided by the applicant and is <br /> subject to final inspection of the installed system.
