Enter the number "801" for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br />tion. You may leave a message for the inspector if desired. <br />Be sure the System Record form with the As Built drawing is <br />on the job or in our office when the inspection is requested <br />An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days. <br />EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe running from <br />the septic tank to the disposal fqeld, The effluent sewer <br />shall extend at least five (5) feet from the tank, There <br />must be a minimum difference of eight (8) inches between the <br />invert (flow line) of the septic tank outlet and the invert <br />of the distribution or drop box outlet, In Equal Distribu- <br />tion, there must be six (6) inches of fall between the <br />septic tank outlet and the distribution box inlet. In Serial <br />Distribution, there must be two (2) inches of fall between <br />the septic tank outlet and the drop box inlet. <br /> <br /> <br />
