D. Parcel 00200. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Conditional <br />Use/Variance application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This conditional use/variance permit is valid only when exercised <br />by 07JLY 7, 2001. The effective period of an approved application <br />may be extended for an additional year subject to approval of an <br />extension (Extension form available from the Planning Division). <br />Additional extensions may not be granted if the regulations under <br />which this decision was granted have changed since the original <br />approval. <br /> <br />WARNINq: A decision approving the proposed uses is for land use <br />purposes only. Due to septic, well, and drain field replacement <br />areas, this parcel may not be able to support the proposed <br />activities. To be sure the subject property can accommodate the <br />proposed use the application needs to check with the Building <br />Inspection Division, 588-5147. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildinq <br />permit can be obtained or the apDroved use established: <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain approval for subsurface sewage <br />disposal from the Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall <br />provide evidence to the Pl~nnin~ Division that an airport <br />access agreement has been granted by Oregon Aeronautics. <br /> <br />Prior to obtaining building permits, the applicant shall <br />submit a drainage plan for review and approval to the Marion <br />County Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br />
