R1W) <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director <br />for Marion County nas APPROVED the above described Conditional <br />Use application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Conditions o+ approval. <br /> <br />1. Ibis_ cond&tional use permit is valid only when exercised <br /> by <br /> ........................... · <br /> 'Ihs applicant shall obtain approval +or subsur+ace sewage <br /> disposal and ail other reduired permits including a mobile <br /> home permit from the Marion County Building lnsssction <br /> Division. <br /> <br />'the applicant shall sebmit a Mobile Home Removal Aoreement <br />to the Planning Division. ~his agreement specifies that <br />the mobile home will be removed when the occupants no longer <br />perform a signi+icant amount of work on the ~arm t~rougnout <br />the year (agreement enclosed), <br /> <br />NO new driveway access points onto public or private roads <br />shall be created to serve the (mobile home> (dwellinq). <br /> <br />~p__C~U_R_~.: The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />Conditional Use applications be considered ~irst Dy the County <br />Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applicltion <br />conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the <br />Director must condition er deny the application. Any interested <br />person who disagrees with the Director's decision may request <br />reconsideration by the Direstor on the basis of new information <br />or request that the application be considered by the Marion <br />County Hearings Officer after a puPtic hearing.
